‘Iron Fist’ Renewed For Season 2 On Netflix

Netflix renews ‘Iron Fist’ for a season 2, set to premiere in 2018.

In a year so far where Netflix have cancelled some of their top shows including: The Get Down, Grilboss and Sense8 (as a series). We’ve finally got some good news to bring you today. We can now confirm that Marvel’s ‘Iron Fist’ has been given the green light to produce a second season of the action series!

‘Iron Fist’ premiered on the streaming site on March 17th and since then has gained a lot of attention, giving it enough viewing figures to merit a renewal unlike other shows. Despite viewing figures, the first season wasn’t short on criticism, things that Netflix will attempt to iron out in the upcoming season. Complaints included a cheesy dialogue, read a review posted on DragonFeed here.  However, it did get lost of praise too, it wouldn’t be renewed if it didn’t. If you’ve not seen it, it’s really worth a watch.

In the new series we’ll see all cast members return: Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, Jessica Stoup, Tom Pelphrey, David Wenham, Wai Ching Ho and Rosario Dawson. Season 2 will release in 2018.

No I won’t. I think it’s a terrible tv show and Netflix could spend the money on much better ones. Some weird stuff is coming out of the whole super hero genre.
