Despite a few hurdles, it seems the highly anticipated ‘Sons Of Anarchy’ spin-off ‘Mayans MC’ will be happening, and a formal decision will be made in about three months.
The FX chief John Landgraf recently told EW that he is increasingly confident about the spin-off, and that the show should start to come into fruition soon. Mayans MC has been in development for so long and not to mention the complete lack of official updates. Some fans started to doubt that it would even release at all, but Landgraf has injected some hope into us, giving his confidence regarding the future of the show.

It’s a good sign. I’m really excited about where we are in the process of Mayans. I’m very confident of the future of the spin-off.”
He also told them how relevant it is that the show will be given its diverse cast, read below:
“The fact that almost the entire cast of the show is Latino is awesome. There are familiar faces and a lot of new actors we found.”
He also stated that we will get clear, official and definitive news about the sought after show within three months time.
Synopsis: Set in the aftermath of Jax Teller’s death at the end of SOAs seven-season run in 2014, Mayans MC will focus on the struggles of EZ a prospect in the Mayan MC charter on the California/Mexico border.
