Netflix’s ‘Bright’ Getting Sequel Despite Poor Reviews

Following its mega highly-anticipated release, ‘Bright’ did not come close to meeting fans’ expectations. However, it could still be getting a sequel!

The Will Smith movie had many reasons to be a success, but after Bright released, it was quickly dubbed the ‘worse movie of 2017’.

The feature length movie was given a huge $90 million budget by Netflix to be later declared a flop by critics. Upon release it was a success in terms of numbers, bringing in viewers by their millions. Fans were looking for a typical Netflix production of the highest quality, like 13 Reasons Why & Stranger Things. Did people go into this one with too high expectations?
